Special Olympics a nivel internacional y Hip Hop Public Health están creando una nueva canción y un video musical para alentar a las familias de los niños y niñas con discapacidad intelectual, a mantenerse en movimiento y saludables a través del baile.
Graba un video en casa siguiendo los pasos y envíanos el resultado. Tu video podría incluirse en el video musical “Young Athletes in Motion” de Special Olympics.
¿Cómo grabar tu video?
Vestimenta
Use su camiseta de Atletas Jóvenes o de Olimpiadas Especiales. Si no tienes, usa una de un solo color y sin logotipos de otras marcas.
Ubicación
Encuentra un fondo plano, sin muchas cosas. Asegúrate de tener suficiente espacio.
Luz
Asegúrate de tener mucha luz y de que la luz esté frente a ti, no detrás.
Incluye a tu familia
Los videos pueden incluir niños, niñas, hermanos, mamás, papás y otras personas en el hogar.
Graba horizontalmente
Los videos se pueden grabar en un teléfono, simplemente gíralo horizontalmente para capturar la imagen.
No comprimas los archivo
Cuando termines tu video, asegúrate de cargar el tamaño del archivo original.
